Full Cottage Remodel
- Open up the kitchen without adding an addition
- Removing dividing wall to combine kitchen and living room
- Adding a pantry for storage
- Rearranging the kitchen layout to make it more functional
- Removing old flooring, adding new, and re-installing new baseboard
- Leave original doors
- Repaint entire interior of the cottage
- Upgrade lighting and fixtures throughout the cottage including the bathroom
Bathroom Upgrades
- Leave existing tile and tub
- Upgrade vanity
- Rejuvenate tile and grout in bath/shower
Bedroom Remodel
- Repaint bedroom
- Upgrade light fixtures
- upgrade closet with wire shelving
